Items are reserved against payment for 5 days for U.K. clients, 7 days for Overseas clients. If we do not receive payment in this time, the item will be relisted for sale. All items despatched are marked correctly to conform with UK postal regulations. It is the clients responsibility to inform us of any specific issues that may be applicable to their transaction with Lancashire Medals. Any charges incurred by Lancashire Medals on items returned to us by Customs, Royal Mail or any other postal service will be refunded by the buyer concerned.
