All commission sales are private sales between the buyer and the vendor. Lancashire Medals act only as agents on behalf of the vendor in these sales, and as such are not liable for any claims whatsoever. All items offered for sale on commission, are sold with descriptions provided by the vendor. We do not accept any responsibility for any errors of description with regard to authenticity, attribution, provenance or quality.
GUARANTEE
The following guarantee only applies to medals sold by us, and not to items offered for sale on commission. All Medals offered for sale are sold as genuine, and as described in the listing. Any Medal found not to be so, renamed, or proven to be not entitled to bars attached, may be returned for a full refund, inclusive of the original postage costs paid when purchased.
Our guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
All items to be returned within 10 days for UK clients, 21 days for Overseas clients. Any item not returned within this period is considered sold.
A refund will not be given on any items which have been cleaned, altered, or tampered with in any way. All items must be returned in the same condition as when originally purchased.
